Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed immediately. Spice Bucket will send a confirmation mail for your order. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID for your reference with our customer service team and details of the item/s you have ordered.
We offer multiple methods to make payments for your order: Paytm, UPI, Freecharge, MobiKwik, Payzapp, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Bank Transfer and Cash on delivery (COD) also.
We have partnered with reputed couriers FEDEX, DTDC, SHIP ROCKET and First Flight to process our shipments.

Currently we deliver items to domestic locations only. However, there are few pin codes that we don’t service yet in domestic. Please get in touch with us at email@example.com for more information on shipping locations.
Delivery charge is nothing but the shipping fee which is applicable only on orders with a total value less than INR 300. This is to cover for our logistics cost to ensure that products are delivered at your doorstep in the best and safest way possible. Currently, the delivery charge is Rs. 70/-.
It’s important for you to know our products well before you return them. Most products are traditional crafts and made by artisans using traditional techniques. Thus, a variation in pasting, weaving, stitching, beading etc. shall not be considered as a defect. It is this variation which enhances the uniqueness of every product. A slight variation in colour may also be possible due to digital photography.
Considering all the above factors, we are happy to offer free return if you have received a damaged, defective or if a wrong product is shipped (which we assure will never happen) subject to boutique verifying the damage. You need to get back to our customer care through phone/email within 3 days of receipt of damaged/defective or goods not meeting description. Items when returned to the boutique should be
